Service Provider Access Service Privacy Policy

We share your concerns about privacy on the Internet. In order to better protect your privacy, Roanoke Connect Holdings (hereinafter β€œRCH”) as the Service Provider, has provided this notice explaining the online information practices of RCH and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy, being part of the Terms and Conditions, works in conjunction with the Terms of Service, but does not modify or supersede it.

Service Provider's Collection and Use of Your Information.

If you do not wish to receive any such information or to allow Service Provider the right to use your personally identifiable information as described, please contact Service Provider in the manner identified in the "Opt-Out" section below. The Aggregate Data and Personal Information may be transferred, distributed or sold as part of Service Provider or its assets.

Opt-Out.

You may choose not to receive such information and/or to allow Service Provider to use your information in the manner described above by simply notifying Service Provider directly using direct mail or via the Contact Us page on the Access Service.  Upon receipt and processing of an "opt out" request, Service Provider will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future marketing communications.

Security; No Liability. 

Service Provider has implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse and alteration of any information under Service Provider's control. Nevertheless, such security measures may not prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of information on the Access Service, and Service Provider is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such security failures. Service Provider is not responsible for nor can Service Provider ensure the privacy practices or content of such other Access Services.

IP Addresses and Cookies.

Like other Internet Access Service providers, Service Provider uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with Service Provider's servers, to administer the Access Service and for security purposes.

"Cookies" are pieces of data sent from a Web server through a Web browser, which writes a file on your local PC. This file enables a Web server to identify users that visit a site hosted by that server. Service Provider may use Cookies in order to identify you to our network Access Service so that Service Provider can provide more customized information and services to you. Modification of Privacy Policy.
